And It makes me oh-so sad. She'll be playing Bonnaroo in June, but big schmeal. I'm not going to Tennessee to simply stew in a crowd chock full of annoyances with two legs each. Bumbershoot made me swear festivals off forever. My last ever was in 2001 and I only went because of David Lee Roth. If you happen to be in the vicinity, though, by all means, go see her. If you're in Australia or Europe, she can be seen throughout march. Check the listings here.
Otherwise, here's a semi-asinine "interview clip" to look at. It features her music, which is superb.
I include this in hopes that people will hear it and want to buy her records and go to her shows.
I tried embedding it, but it's too wide for this blog's rather restrictive layout and I didn't want to fuck with it. I don't get paid to. Click on the link, dude.
Finally, here is one of her concerts, in its not-quite entirety. Here is a review of that very show. My own opinion is that she was at the end of the tour, worn out, had an off night, and was under such a time constraint that she never got to loosen up and hit her stride. That said, it's still well worth a listen. She's fucking amazing.

She'll be back stateside. And when she is, you know which city she's coming to. Insta-cash, baby.
Yeah, I know. She just did a california solo jaunt. I expect she'll be around my neck of the woods by fall sometime.
